NEXT THURSDAY, February 2 from 6pm to 8:30pm, join together to build on organizing that led the City to request responses from community land trusts (CLTs) focused on housing at the Community Development Project at the Urban Justice Center, 123 William St, Manhattan, 16th floor. By putting land into community ownership, a CLT can ensure community control for the long haul and provide truly affordable housing and other spaces.
